1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkok11 ("pkok11", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and payment facilities available through pkok11.ws and any associated mobile web application.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, launching a game, or otherwise interacting with any part of the pkok11 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the pkok11 platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to pkok11 is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion they access the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any form of wagering on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of pkok11 or any of its associated companies, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and are not subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with pkok11 or any other gambling operator.
• You have not previously had a pkok11 account terminated for a terms violation.

pkok11 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal facilities pending review.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of pkok11 services, players must complete the account registration process. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one active pkok11 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or using different payment methods — is strictly forbidden. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkok11 will close all associated accounts and may permanently bar the individual from the platform. Any balances held across duplicate accounts at the time of closure will be subject to review and may be forfeited where abuse is established.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your pkok11 account. You must not share your login credentials — including your username and password — with any other person. You must notify pkok11 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pkok11 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkok11 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected debit cards issued by City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

4.2 Own-Account Requirement

All payment methods used on pkok11 must be registered in the same name as your pkok11 account. Depositing funds from a payment account belonging to another individual — including a family member — is not permitted. Withdrawals will only be processed back to a verified payment method held in your own name. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of all players on the platform.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount at pkok11 is ৳100. The maximum single deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the limits set by your chosen payment provider and by pkok11's internal transaction controls, which may be adjusted from time to time. Players who have not yet completed identity verification may be subject to reduced withdrawal limits until verification is complete.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days. pkok11 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal that it considers potentially unusual. 4.5 Currency

All transactions on pkok11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a game provider displays amounts in a different currency, the system will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pkok11 offers a variety of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid and the BPL cricket season. The following general conditions apply to all pkok11 bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the standard registration process and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the pkok11 platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game. pkok11 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where an obvious error in odds or game configuration has occurred. Bets placed on events that have already started (where pre-match betting is offered) will be voided unless the in-play betting market was explicitly open at the time the bet was placed.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkok11 platform and will result in account suspension, bet voiding, and potential permanent exclusion:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the pkok11 platform without the prior written consent of pkok11. Scraping, crawling, or automated collection of data from the platform is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

pkok11 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or service downtime. pkok11 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime or technical error.
• Losses arising from delayed or failed payment processing by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the pkok11 platform.
• Losses incurred due to the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pkok11's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your pkok11 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after the completion of any outstanding verification checks, provided no breach of these Terms is identified.

pkok11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a terms violation is identified; (b) suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity is detected; (c) a chargebacks is raised against a pkok11 transaction; or (d) the player is found to be under the age of 21. Where an account is terminated for cause, any bonuses, bonus-derived winnings, and balances associated with rule violations are subject to forfeiture.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pkok11 platform shall first be submitted to pkok11's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. pkok11 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five business days.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration before proceeding to any formal legal proceedings.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

A failure by pkok11 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pkok11 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements.
